Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unwashed, unworn scrubs with original packaging and tags into a secure shipping mailer or the original box.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
